OUR TRAJECTORY IN ARGENTINA.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel commenced operating in Argentina on January 1st 2001, and within the first 3 years we were able to reach first place amongst the corporate travel companies in our country. Carlson Wagonlit Travel has become an expert in travel management, this is our main activity, and the strength of our company resides fundamentally within our team of highly qualified specialists.

Year 2002
During the first semester of the year 2002, Carlson Wagonlit Travel positioned it self in 10 th place in the Argentinean BSP ranking and in 6 th place in the Corporate Agency ranking; in only one and a half years time of having commenced our operations. Carlson Wagonlit Travel was the only specialized corporate travel company that registered a growth, which was of 254%.

Year 2003
During the month of June of the year 2003 a new study was performed, comparing the first quarter BSP figures. Carlson Wagonlit Travel stood out in 3 rd place of the General BSP ranking and in 2 nd place of the Corporate Travel Agency ranking, reaching a growth of 98% versus 2002. The results obtained by our company, in less than 3 years of operation, are proven evidence of our capacity to develop and grow in a competitive market. 
 
Year 2004
The year 2004 was a year of great changes and challenges for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, during which time our organization strengthened its presence within the corporate travel market. Along with these changes and challenges, an expansion growth in clients and increase of CWT employees
were experienced as well. At year end, we were in 2 nd place in the Argentinean General BSP ranking.

Year 2005
Carlson Wagonlit Travel once again demonstrated new growth, ending 2005 in first position in the Argentine BSP Ranking.  This increase was also world wide, reaching a net income growth of USD56 million versus USD39 million from 2004.  Our growth highlights the relevance and value of the services we provide to our clients, as well as the effectiveness of our global, integrated organization. It also shows that we are making tremendous progress in becoming a high-tech, professional services provider, delivering savings, service and security to our clients.  
 
Year 2006
Carlson Wagonlit Travel acquires Navigant International, doubling its size in North America and reinforcing its position in Asia Pacific. A change in CWT shareholding structure also happened, Carlson companies and One Equity (OEP) acquired 50% stake in Accor. Carlson becomes majority shareholder with 55% of Carlson shares, while OEP holds the remaining 45%.  Carlson employees more than 22,000 people worldwide. Annual sales generated under the Carlson Wagonlit Travel brand name exceed US $26 billion

Year 2007
Carlson Wagonlit Travel had a total sales volume of US$25.5 billion in 2007 and for the first time in its history, became the world’s leading travel management company. Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Argentina also ended the year as the number one travel management company in the country.  This is clearly a reflection of our focused strategy and our ability to lead in responding to changing market conditions while addressing the complexities of effective travel management.   

Year 2008
CWT continues to enhance its presence in the local market, emphasizing the relevance and value of the services we provide our customers. We also opened a MSC (Multinational Service Center) offering specialized telephone service to our regional customers in Latin America.
 
Year 2009
A particularly difficult year; we have confronted many challenges, made difficult decisions and managed great levels of change within our structure.  As challenging as this past year was, CWT continued delivering excellent value added service to our clients.  And thanks to our team effort, CWT continues to be leader in Business Travel Management in Argentina and globally.
